Certified Mold Inspector and Certified Mold Remediation and Certified Environmental Inspector is a unique company. We started out in the Manufactured Housing Industry in 1968. We have been serving the public for over 34 years now.
For years we have specialized in water, and fire damage also insect infestation damage to homes all over the South East United States, as a Certified Mobile Home Installer. I have installed homes in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico.
As a State Inspector in Florida for the Dept of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, I was trained to enforce the HUD CODE in Manufactured Housing Plants in Florida. The HUD CODE is used in all manufactured homes and most government built housing.
Over the years we have gained a great deal of knowledge in home design and have the ability to determine why a home or business is contaminated with Black Toxic Mold .
