In the past I have been asked by Attorney’s to inspect buildings for their clients to gather information such as if its a Factory Built in defect, was it build to the HUD Standards or did the factory take short cuts in construction that lead to mold contamination. Was the home set-up to the Florida or the Manufactured Requirements. If its a site built home was the roof, walls, plumbing, and other components installed properly? These are some of the questions that we will be looking for the answers to.
